PRIVATE YOGA 

DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY 

Deepen your yoga practice to reflect your personal mental health needs, address a health concern or injury. Tailor the practice to prepare you for a competitive event or sport; giving you the stamina and mental focus to rise to the top.

Struggling with the past and worrying about the future. While these conditions are unique this class invites students to find the stillness and strength to remain in the present moment. This 90 minute class will actively use movement with sound and visualization to bring peace from the inner chatter and invigorate deep resilience.

CANCER REHABILITATION 

Recover from the stress of a cancer diagnosis and address the side effects treatment leaves behind. This class will focus on detoxifying breath ratios and postures as well as pranayama techniques which will build up vigour and vitality. Each class will be 90 minutes and conclude with deep Yoga Nidra relaxation.

CORPORATE YOGA

Gather your workmates for WFH Yoga Online or in groups of 8 or less. Learn techniques which are focussed on reversing forward hunching posture, releasing tension in the hips, upper back and neck, as well as clear tension from the mental body. This 75 minute class will address individual postural issues, protect against further degeneration, as well as neutralize the emotional effects of a sedentary high-stress work environment.

FAMILY YOGA 

Bring the yoga teacher to your back garden or living room and spend quality time experiencing yoga as a family together! Weaving stories and music into a yoga practice is a fun and beautiful way to include our kids in our passions. Socially distanced birthday events or weekly family bonding time -choose your own focus for the class.
